Project Manager for Arts and Culture, British Council in Kazakhstan
Galina graduated from the Janáčkova Academy of Arts in Brno (Czech Republic) specializing in theater management. From 2012 to 2014 Galina worked in the Almadeniyet social fund and the Almaty City Culture Department. During this time, Galina and the team of specialists of the fund and the Department of Culture implemented such projects as ""Art-platform"", ""Competition of creative projects"", interstate program ""Almaty is the cultural capital of CIS countries"".
In 2014, Galina joined the British Council. Her work is aimed at demonstrating the best representatives of British culture and art in various sectors - theater, music, visual arts, capacity building programs and initiatives for political dialogue in support of the creative and cultural economy.
In summer 2017 Galina directed the cultural program of Great Britain for EXPO-2017 in Astana - Future Creative. From the recent large projects of Galina - the Jameel Prize 4 exhibition of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and Art Jameel in the A. Kasteev State Art Museum of Kazakhstan.
Galina is the founder of cultural space ""Transforma"" at SmArt.Point.
