Go Mentor 2022
Mentors: Overall, 34 mentors (F18, M16) were involved in the program, coming from different countries of Central Asia (Kazakhstan-6, Kyrgyzstan-12, Tajikistan-11, Turkmenistan-3, Uzbekistan-2).
Mentees: Overall, 81 participants (F60, M17) participated in the program (Kazakhstan-21 (F17, M4), Kyrgyzstan- 27 (F21, M6), Tajikistan-17 (F11, M6), Turkmenistan-10 (F9, M1), Uzbekistan -6 (F4, M2).
Go Skills 2022
The GoSkills is a one-day networking and three-day training event that contributed to the strengthening of beneficiaries’ capacity and raising the profile of the Go Viral community. 237 participants attended offline #GoSkills training in 8 cities in total, with the following disaggregation:
Kazakhstan – 47 (Almaty- 17 (F12, M4, nb -1), Shymkent -30 (F23, M7)
Kyrgyzstan – 71 (Bishkek – 35 (F24, M11) , Osh – 36 (F26, M10)AAlm
Tajikistan – 68 (Dushanbe -36 (F16, M19), Guliston – 32 (F16, M16)
Uzbekistan – 51 (Tashkent – 27 (F20, M7), Samarkand – 30 (F13,17)
About half of the participants (45%) who provided feedback gained new knowledge or skills, and every fourth (26%) found inspiration and increased networking opportunities. A third of trainees (32%) faced different challenges including language barriers, lack of time for networking, or less interactivity of sessions.
