For the first time, the regional Go Viral festival will be held in Shymkent, organized by the Go Viral community in Central Asia with the support of the US Consulate General in Almaty. Experts and activists from media, business, culture and technology are invited to participate in the two-day festival, which will be held on May 17-18, Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
Go Viral is an annual regional festival and platform for networking and creating a community of representatives of media, business, culture and technology in Central Asia. The project is funded by the US State Department and supported by Diplomatic Missions in Central Asia.

The main theme of the festival is “Go Viral Central Asia: Past. Present. Future”. This year, special attention will be paid to the development of the creative industry, making the festival not only a platform for the exchange of ideas, but also a platform for business and cultural innovation. The event will be held with the support of Miras University, which is a key partner of the festival.
More than 30 speakers – experts in various fields – will speak at the event. It is expected that the Go Viral festival will attract the best representatives of the cultural and creative spheres, and will also become a platform for discussing issues related to cultural heritage, modern trends and the future development of Central Asia.
