For several days now, IWPR Regional Program Manager – Begayim Adzhikeyeva and Go Viral Country Ambassador in Kyrgyzstan – Khurshida Rasohan have been on a working visit to the city of Karakol. As part of this trip, we signed a memorandum with Issyk-Kul State University named after Kasym Tynystanov and agreed on cooperation!
