The idea of the project came to me when I took part in the Go Viral project in 2022. Then I worked in the Ibratcamp project as an organizer, after which the project management decided to change the structure and develop the Ibrat project.

Why Ibrat? Because at the beginning of the 20th century, a polyglot Iskhoqkhon Torre Ibrat lived on the territory of present-day Uzbekistan, who knew 7 languages and taught people for free. He belonged to the representatives of the Jadids (Jadidism is an educational movement of reformers that existed in Central Asia at the beginning of the 20th century).

On November 13, 2022, as part of our project, we started teaching people foreign languages for free using a YouTube channel. By the end of 2022, we already had 4 languages (English, Russian, Turkish and Uzbek), and the other day we added Indian and French.

There are already more than 170 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, we are recording lessons in 13 languages and will soon launch an application for smartphones.
